• The original Practice was designed by LVJ in 2021.
• Transformation of the newly acquired space.
• The expansion program includes an additional clinical pod and administrative offices.

Design goals

• Integrate the new space seamlessly to the existing space.
• Design and transform the expansion suite to complement the existing suite’s style and finish materials.
• Minimize structural changes to keep cost to minimum.
• Minimize disruption and keep original space open for business.

Key features

• Secondary entry & reception area to manage future growth.
• Exposed brick, custom complimentary wallcovering, and borrowed light elements to provide daylight to the space.
